The firm specialises in offering advisory & restructuring, liquidation, restructuring directorship, soft wind-down, asset tracing & recovery and other related services to companies, trusts, partnerships and their stakeholders. At this time, we are inviting applications for the following full time position: SENIOR MANAGER – Corporate Restructuring and Recovery The successful applicant will have a senior role in the overall management of the Corporate Restructuring and Recovery business line. In addition to the direct management of staff and client portfolios, the successful candidate will also be required to participate in the development of new business, training and recruitment of staff, preparation of budgets and financial analysis for the department and reporting to the firm’s partners. The applicant should be able to demonstrate practical experience at a senior level in the management of insolvency, restructuring and other contentious or distressed assignments across multiple jurisdictions, in addition to having forensic accounting skills and experience managing litigation. This is a senior position within the firm that requires strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to meet frequent tight deadlines and a willingness to work overtime when required. Applicants must be highly motivated and highly organised with an ability to work on their own initiative. They must also be willing and able to travel overseas as necessary to attend client meetings and to represent the firm at various industry events. Computer literacy is essential.
