Work closely with clients to understand staffing needs and develop proactive, innovative sourcing/recruitment strategies to identify, recruit and select highly qualified legal talent. Must possess Industry knowledge of legal profiles, qualifications, a wide client market knowledge of Magic Circle, Silver firms, etc
Develop hiring and sourcing approaches in consultation with the client. This may include determining and managing the appropriate channels / media for the most effective solution to meet requirements.
Utilizes advanced sourcing techniques across a multitude of channels to develop relationships with key professionals to create a pipeline of diverse talent for targeted positions.
Researches and creatively sources talent via social media and nontraditional channels, as well as our applicant tracking database, job boards and networking sites.
Proactively reaches out to passive candidates to prequalify candidate core skills/credentials against position requirements.
Gathers market intelligence and provides ongoing feedback to the recruitment team on the realities of the marketplace and attends meetings with clients to gain a better understanding of required talent requests.
Qualifications
Applicants must have 3 to 4 years’ experience in a recruitment agency managing placements across Legal practice and Inhouse roles, both permanent and temporary, preferably on Islands/Offshore/US and a background in Client Relationship Management/Business Development
Must have proven relationships with law firms that have bene nurtured and are revenue producing.
A history of working towards and achieving quarterly and annual profit targets. Must have experience of meeting and exceeding productivity metrics and KPI’s
Must be able to provide a clean police clearance certificate
Proof of Valid Driver License
Requirements Years of Experience: 3-4 years Required Education: High School or Equivalent This role requires working with clients across multiple time zones so flexibility in working hours is a must.
