As a Director in our Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) practice, you will lead complex client engagements from strategy through execution, providing technical and regulatory advisory services while driving innovative solutions and thought leadership. You will be expected to balance strategic and operational priorities, identify market opportunities, promote effective use of technology, and lead in line with the Firm’s values and professional standards. This role also requires strong leadership and business development skills, with the ability to coach and manage teams, build trusted client relationships, and support the success of the practice. We are looking for a candidate with 7+ years of experience in a credit modelling, accounting advisory and regulatory advisory practice, an internationally recognized professional accounting designation, and preferably a CFA and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist designation. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Python and/or SQL coding, Microsoft Power Platform, configuration of regulatory technology solutions, and practical application of Cayman Islands anti-money laundering regulations and Cayman Islands Monetary Authority AML/CFT/CPF guidance notes. External audit experience may also be considered, and preference will be given to candidates with experience coaching and leading a team of 10 or more individuals. Salary: CI$135,000-CI$167,000 per annum, with an annual bonus opportunity. Working Hours: The normal working hours of the Firm are 37.5 hours per week.
