Senior Construction Manager

As part of the Heritage Holdings Group of Companies, SureBuilt Construction Ltd is inviting applications from experienced construction professionals for the position of Senior Construction Manager. The successful candidate will provide leadership across multiple residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the Company’s quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from planning through completion.
• Manage Construction Managers, Site Superintendents, Site Foremen, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate solutions.
• Support procurement, contract administration, project reporting, and continuous operational improvement.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and professional excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing complex construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple concurrent construction projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, quality management, and occupational health & safety.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Professional certification (PMP, CIOB, RICS, LEED) would be an asset.

COMPENSATION & EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

• Salary: CI$80,000 to $105,000 per annum
• Benefits: Health & life insurance, pension, paid leave, bonus eligibility, access to a company vehicle during working hours, mobile phone, and laptop.
• Working hours: 45 hours/week, additional hours as required.
