Associate Attorney

Priestleys are seeking an experienced full-time Associate specialising in commercial and civil litigation to join our busy and highly regarded Litigation & Dispute Resolution team at our offices on West Bay Road, Grand Cayman. The Role This is a senior role requiring a high level of autonomy. The successful candidate will be expected to handle a broad spectrum of cases in civil and commercial litigation independently from commencement to completion, without the need for day-to-day supervision or assistance. They will be confident managing all aspects of their matters, including client communications, strategy, negotiations, and where applicable, court proceedings. The successful candidates will be technically accomplished, commercially astute, and capable of exercising sound judgment. They should be approachable, professional, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment. About You The successful candidate will have a minimum of 14 years’ PQE in commercial and civil litigation within a Cayman Islands or overseas law firm. We are looking for a positive, adaptable and team-oriented individual who is keen to contribute to a professional and high-performing environment. Remuneration will comprise a salary in the region of US$170,000-195,000, commensurate with qualifications and/or experience, plus health insurance and pension benefits as prescribed by law.
