ASSISTANT LIFESTYLE MANAGER — PART-TIME, HYBRID

Quintessentially Cayman Islands Quintessentially is the world's leading luxury lifestyle management and concierge service, operating across 40+ offices worldwide and serving the most discerning individuals, families, and corporates. We are seeking a Assistant Lifestyle Manager to support our Director in the day-to-day delivery of our Cayman Islands concierge service. The role suits a highly organised, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in precise execution and works well independently. Responsibilities include data entry, coordinating member requests, travel logistics, supplier liaison, event support, and document production — all delivered with the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will have

• Experience in hospitality, travel, executive assistance, or a comparable environment
• Exceptional written English and professional correspondence skills
• Strong research, organisational, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in CRM systems, data entry, and digital tools including AI platforms
• Utmost discretion, professionalism, and personal integrity
• French, Spanish and/or Italian an advantage
• A background in luxury or high-end service preferred but not essential
