Newly established and developing company, this role is foundational to the setup, stability, and long-term success of the business. The successful candidate will be required to operate with a high level of independence and take responsibility for establishing and maintaining key administrative, operational, and client-facing functions from the ground up.
Draft and prepare professional correspondence, regulatory submissions, and client documentation. Establish and manage administrative systems, workflows, and internal processes. Coordinate payroll support and operational functions. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Ensure full compliance with Cayman Islands regulations and administrative procedures. Manage and oversee work permit, visa, passport, and other business-related applications initiation to completion. Identify and support business development opportunities and service expansion. Assist with coordination of branding, promotional, and client-facing materials Represent the company in a professional capacity when required.
Minimum of 8+ years of directly relevant experience in a similar multi-functional role. Demonstrated experience handling immigration and regulatory processes (work permits, visas, etc.). Proven ability to build and implement administrative systems from inception Strong background in professional document drafting and client service delivery. Comprehensive understanding of business operations, compliance, and administrative systems. Ability to manage multiple high-level responsibilities simultaneously with minimal supervision. Demonstrated capacity to take full ownership of critical business functions in a startup or developing environment. High level of professional judgment, discretion, and reliability.
Due to the nature of this role within a newly established company, preference will be given to candidates who: Have experience working in early-stage or developing business environments. This role requires a high level of commitment and flexibility, including regular availability outside of standard business hours, such as late evenings and weekends, when necessary to support business operations. Are capable of operating independently with little to no onboarding or training. Demonstrate familiarity with integrated administrative, compliance, and client service functions. Show alignment with the company’s operational structure and long-term strategic direction.
