TTT Treatments Limited is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Gardener to maintain client properties to the highest possible standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive grounds management, tropical plant care, and maintaining the professional image of the company's serviced properties. Duties and Responsibilities:Executing comprehensive daily grounds maintenance, including mowing, edging, pruning, and weed control across the properties. Monitoring plant health and implementing proactive treatments to prevent disease and pest infestations. Planting new foliage, trees, and seasonal flowers in alignment with aesthetic standards. Ensuring all walkways, parking areas, and outdoor facilities are kept clean, safe, and free of organic debris. Performing routine maintenance and safety checks on all landscaping equipment and tools. Requirements and Qualifications:Over 15 years of dedicated experience in landscaping and horticulture. Advanced knowledge of tropical horticulture, soil health, and plant pathology. Proficiency in the safe and effective application of fertilizers and pest control measures. Expertise in landscape design, installation, and seasonal maintenance. Strong mechanical aptitude for the operation and maintenance of heavy gardening machinery and power tools. Compensation and Benefits:Wage: CI $8.75 per hour. Hours: 40 hours per week. Benefits: Statutory health insurance and pension contributions as required by law, plus vacation time.
