Employer: Blueprint Enterprises LTD T/A Absolute Gardening and Maintenance Location: Bodden Town / Savannah, Grand Cayman Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Rate of Pay: CI$8.75 per hourBenefits: Health Insurance, Pension, and Paid Vacation (as mandated by Cayman Islands Law) Job Overview & Duties:Plant & Garden Care: Water, care for, and nurture all garden vegetation, turf, and flower beds across client properties. Trimming & Pruning: Regularly cut, trim, and shape trees, hedges, and shrubs according to client and supervisor instructions. Yard Clearance & Disposal: Blow, rake, and gather fallen leaves, grass clippings, and garden waste; safely load company trucks for transport and dumping. General Grounds Maintenance: Assist with day-to-day landscaping and site maintenance tasks at residential and commercial client sites. Requirements: 5-10 years experience in professional gardening, landscaping, and grounds maintenance (Note: applicants with less than 10 years of verified experience will also be considered). Technical or vocational training in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field is preferred. Experience handling standard landscaping machinery and gardening tools (hedge trimmers, blowers, pruners). Strong physical stamina, dexterity, and the ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in warm climates. Reliable, polite, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
