We are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer with 6—8 years PQE to join our growing practice and play an important role in supporting the firm’s corporate law offering. The candidate will advise clients on matters of corporate law including the drafting of customized corporate constitutional documents, detailed transactional documents, advising on international business reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions and related due diligence. This requires a detailed understanding of relevant Cayman law and the ability to draft complex legal documents required by KPMG’s clients. The candidate must be able to provide legal advice that is detailed, but practical and commercial, while working closely with the corporate Partners and the corporate services team to support the demands of our clients, their transactions and the law practice. You will be expected to build strong, effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders and contribute to the ongoing development of the practice.
