Job Description

Employment Type: Full-Time Primary Role The HR Business Partner (HRBP) supports the delivery of Human Resource services across the organization, with a strong focus on performance management, workforce optimization, employee relations, and talent development. The role partners closely with leadership to align people practices with business objectives. Business Partnering & Operational Support

  • Partner with operational leaders on manpower planning and workforce optimization
  • Provide day-to-day HR support across business units
  • Advise managers on people-related decisions and challenges

Performance Management

  • Support performance management processes including KPIs and reviews
  • Coach managers on performance conversations and development planning
  • Ensure consistency and proper documentation of performance outcomes

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Advise on disciplinary matters, grievances, and employee relations issues
  • Support investigations and ensure compliance with Cayman labor laws
  • Maintain compliance with immigration, pension, and health regulations

Recruitment, Onboarding & Separation

  • Support recruitment processes aligned with business needs
  • Ensure effective onboarding and employee integration
  • Manage offboarding, terminations, and documentation

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and support development initiatives
  • Promote continuous improvement and employee growth

Culture & Engagement

  • Support culture and engagement initiatives
  • Reinforce company values and behaviors

HR Processes & Administration

  • Maintain HR records and HRIS systems
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Track HR metrics such as headcount and turnover

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of HR experience in a generalist or business partner role
  • Knowledge of Cayman Islands labor and immigration laws
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
  • Experience in performance management and employee relations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
