Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities include

• Managing the Technical portion of the business, including 10+ Engineers in various roles, providing mentorship and management expertise.
• Maintaining & developing service-related processes to ensure high performance levels.
• Provide Project Management over current Professional Services engagements to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage internal systems over both Technical & Sales environments.
• Work with the Sales Team & Customers to understand and uncover additional business opportunities, including onboarding new Customers.
• Manage and assess staff related issues in accordance to Company Policy.
• Oversee training plans for Technical staff.

Experience Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience working in a Managed Services / Professional Services role & demonstrated leadership & management skills.
• Proven history of providing Presales consultation to Customers and Sales representatives.
• Technical proficiency with RMMs, ITSM tools, etc.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.

Desired Certifications

• Project Management
• ITIL
• Cyber Security
• Microsoft O365 / Azure / Windows Server

Working Conditions and Compensation

• Full-time position with work hours from 8:30 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday, although work outside these hours may be required.
• Salary will be commensurate with experience and will be in the range of CI$80k-CI$100k per annum, with a car allowance, contributory pension, and medical.
