Regional CEO - Atlantic

Digicel Cayman Limited. is seeking applicants for a full-time role, Regional CEO Cayman Islands. Leading and supporting the Digicel team in the Atlantic Region (Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman and Turks and Caicos Islands) to achieve agreed business targets and ensure results. The position is responsible and accountable for the full P&L for the markets.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

To provide proactive and innovative, hands-on leadership. To execute at the highest level to achieve strategic goals and initiate change. To build strong external relationships and represent Digicel at Corporate events and build community relations. Responsible for leadership and general management of each market to ensure that the revenue and EBITDA targets are achieved.

• Actively drives business performance and growth in line with agreed KPIs and business plans
• Accurately report each market’s performance and KPIs as well as customer intelligence and insight; engage with Digicel board on monthly basis and articulate the path of the business and its performance and growth opportunities.
• Best-in-class customer interactions, service, products, and increase Digicel’s customer subscription and market share.
• Develop and/or implement capital expenditure programs in the markets
• Provide decisive and inspirational leadership and influence across the region, assuming responsibility for all aspects of performance management and to foster the Digicel culture of dynamism, innovation, and imagination all adapted to local market conditions and opportunities,
• Maintain and increase regional profitability and return on capital, through defining and implementing a clear strategy that will build on the existing revenue base, adding new sources of business, driving service innovation, optimizing asset utilization, and maintaining the reputation for high levels of customer service and tight cost control,
• Lead strategic planning based on customer insight to drive marketing and sales; to identify new revenue streams and implement a strategy to capture them and prioritise and secure capital expenditure as required.
• Build a strong sustainable team through attracting, retaining, and developing a highly talented, motivated, and engaged workforce
• Work closely with the Regional Senior Leadership Team and Function Heads, navigating the

organizational matrix and support the company strategy, as well as manage your business.

• Be the guardian of the company's brand equity and public image to consumers, (potential)

employees, government, the business community, and other stakeholders, Ensure a complete Business Continuity Plan is in place and the business is prepared and protected.

• Drive innovation throughout the business including technology, marketing, product & service innovations
• Ensure proper risk, fraud, and regulatory compliance controls are in place.
• Ultimately the Regional CEO is responsible for building a scalable, high-growth business that will drive great value for Digicel Group

Academic qualifications and experience required for job

• Master of Business Administration or relevant master’s degree
• Minimum 10 years Commercial experience
• Minimum 5 years General Management experience in a Telecoms environment
• Track record of success in aggressively meeting targets
• Proven experience and expertise in Sales or Business Development.

Workdays: Monday to Friday

• Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Weekly Hours: 40
• Salary Range: USD$260,000.00 – USD $286,000.00
