Key Responsibilities
● Multilingual Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for distributors, resellers, and vendors across English, French, German, Spanish and Italian-speaking territories. ● European Distribution Oversight: Develop and apply specialized knowledge of European distribution networks, cross-border licensing, and regional trade regulations. ● Corporate Documentation: Facilitate the preparation and implementation of complex distribution agreements and corporate correspondence in multiple European languages.
● Portfolio Administration: Provide high-level support in the management of the Director’s international asset portfolio, including coordination with wealth managers, legal counsel, and property managers across multiple jurisdictions. ● Diversified Project Management: Lead special projects across various business interests, ensuring deadlines are met, and professional standards are maintained across all aspects of the principal’s holdings. ● Discreet Financial Coordination: Assist with the administrative oversight of global assets, ensuring compliance with local and international reporting requirements.
● Complex Logistics: Manage an intricate, multi time zone calendar that integrates corporate distribution cycles with personal portfolio commitments. ● International Representation: Accompany the principal on global travel to oversee business interests and attend industry events. Frequent international travel, potentially at short notice, is a mandatory requirement of the role. Required Qualifications and Experience ● Professional Certification: Completion of a recognized Executive Assistant course (e.g., Pitman Training, Graduate Training Programme, or equivalent international EA certification) or professional certification. ● Linguistic Fluency: Native or Professional Fluency in English, French, German, and Italian (verbal and written) is strictly required for international business operations. Spanish (verbal) would be an advantage. ● Leadership Experience: A significant professional background in senior-level management, with a proven track record of supporting high-net-worth individuals and/or directors with complex, multi-sector responsibilities. ● Industry Knowledge: Practical understanding of the software distribution industry. ● Travel Flexibility: Full mobility and the ability to travel internationally on short notice. ● In-Country Operational Experience: "On-the-ground" experience living and working within the target European markets.
