Key Responsibilities Nail Enhancements Apply, shape, and finish acrylic and polygel and gel x nail extensions with precision. Use a variety of application methods to suit different nail types and client preferences. Perform infills, rebalance, and removal services for both acrylic and polygel nails. Create strong, durable, and natural-looking enhancements while maintaining client comfort. Manicure and Pedicure Services Provide professional manicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, buffing, and polish application. Deliver spa-quality pedicures, ensuring both aesthetics and foot health. Offer gel polish applications, French manicures, and nail strengthening treatments. Maintain knowledge of nail disorders and ensure clients receive appropriate care or referrals when necessary. Nail Art and Creativity Design and execute custom nail art, including hand-painted designs, glitter, ombre, foils, and embellishments. Stay updated on the latest nail art trends, seasonal styles, and techniques. Provide suggestions to clients to enhance their chosen nail look, while ensuring suitability and longevity. Client Experience and Customer Service Greet clients warmly, conduct consultations, and recommend services based on client needs. Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Educate clients on proper nail care, aftercare, and maintenance for long-lasting results. Provide a relaxing, enjoyable, and professional salon experience. Health, Safety, and Sanitation Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation at all times. Sterilize tools and equipment in compliance with health regulations. Follow strict sanitation practices to ensure client safety and well-being. Keep up to date with best practices in salon hygiene and safety standards. Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Nail Technician.
