We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Gardener to join our team in the Cayman Islands. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas to ensure they remain clean, healthy, and visually appealing.
Planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants Watering and maintaining healthy plant growth Mowing lawns and trimming hedges Weeding garden beds and landscaped areas Pruning trees, shrubs, and plants as needed Applying fertilizers and assisting with pest control Cleaning and maintaining gardening tools and equipment Removing garden waste and keeping outdoor areas tidy Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Previous experience in gardening or landscaping preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Physically fit and able to perform manual labor Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
