Dishwasher

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and team-oriented Dishwasher to support the smooth running of our kitchen. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, washing dishes and kitchen equipment, and supporting the chefs and wider kitchen team as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse and sanitise dishes, pots, pans, utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean, organised and fully stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, counters, sinks, shelving and other work areas.
• Empty rubbish and recycling and ensure bins are kept clean.
• Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment and food preparation areas as directed.
• Assist with end-of-shift kitchen cleaning and closing duties.
• Follow all restaurant hygiene, sanitation and food-safety procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, kitchen or food-service experience is preferred.
• Experience with Caribbean or Trinidadian cuisine is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy kitchen.
• Strong attention to cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual.
