Role Overview The Compliance Analyst – Pensions is responsible for supporting regulatory compliance within the pensions function, ensuring adherence to the Cayman Islands National Pensions Act and guidance issued by the Department of Labour and Pensions (DLP). The role provides oversight of operational changes, supports delinquency and regulatory queries, and serves as a key compliance resource and point of escalation for the pensions team.
