Appleby (Cayman) Ltd. are seeking to hire an experienced associate lawyer to join their Corporate Practice Group, to work on its high-profile portfolio of complex cross-border corporate, finance and transactional matters. Applicants must have in excess of 5 years' post qualified experience advising on corporate transactions including M&A, joint ventures, private equity, corporate restructurings and governance, corporate finance and general corporate matters. Applicants must also have a strong academic record. Applicants should also be able to handle a large caseload with minimal supervision.
