HVAC TECHNICIAN

Job Description

• Installation: Setting up new HVAC systems, ductwork, and components.
• Maintenance: Performing routine checks, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting systems (furnaces, AC units, chillers, boilers).
• Repair: Diagnosing and fixing electrical and mechanical failures, replacing parts, and handling emergency calls.
• Diagnostics: Identifying problems with complex HVAC systems.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proficiency with electrical/mechanical systems, airflow/refrigerant cycles, and reading technical diagrams.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Strong diagnostic and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work in tight spaces.
