Line Server

Pico is a fast casual Mexican-inspired restaurant located in Cayman Technology Center, Grand Cayman. We’re hiring a Line Server to join our busy team. If you're passionate about food and hospitality and want to be part of a growing business we’d love to hear from you. Seeking friendly, outgoing and experienced line server with a passion for delivering the highest level of hospitality. You should be a team player, reliable, punctual, self motivated, have an ability to work independently and thrive under pressure. At least 1 years experience in this or a similar role preferred. Knowledge of Mexican cuisine is a plus.

Duties will include (but are not limited to)

• guest handling
• receiving and fulfilling phone, email and delivery app orders accurately
• building guests’ burritos, tacos, salads etc. on the serve line quickly and accurately
• maintaining a clean working environment
• ongoing cleaning of service and customer areas
• cash handling and operating a POS system

This is a full time position and all applicants must be able to work holidays, weekends and split shifts. You may be required to work shifts at our sister restaurant Water & the Elephant, as required by the Manager.
