We are seeking a Capital Analytics Manager to join our team. This role will support the development of forward-looking capital reporting, planning, and analytics capabilities that provide leadership with clear visibility across diverse asset classes and operations.
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field; CFA completed or in progress At least 5 years’ experience in treasury, accounting, FP&A, or financial analytics roles within complex, multi-entity investment environments Advanced data analysis, modeling, and business intelligence skills A strong understanding of liquidity management, capital planning, and financial reporting Experience working with multi-asset portfolios and complex capital structures A proven ability to build dashboards or enterprise analytics platforms Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Develop reporting, dashboards and analytics that support capital visibility and performance insights Develop a consolidated view of capital across liquidity, investments, operations, and financing to support leadership and investment decision-making Maintain a forward-looking view of sources and uses across key planning horizons Help maintain visibility of liquidity, commitments, constraints, and exposures across entities and strategies Define data requirements, metrics, and reporting logic for a diverse portfolio of asset classes and business operations Partner with technology teams to improve data quality, automation, and AI-enabled insights Coordinate across finance, investments, operations, and business teams to align data and reporting needs Continuously enhance analytics using automation, advanced tools, and AI capabilities
