We are looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The Carpenter will perform carpentry work related to residential and commercial roofing projects. This includes constructing, repairing, and installing structural components, roof decking, fascia, trim, framing, and other wood-based structures. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, solid construction knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment. Key Responsibilities Perform carpentry tasks related to roofing installations and repairs, including decking, framing, fascia, and soffit work. Measure, cut, and shape wood and other construction materials according to project specifications. Install and repair structural components such as rafters, trusses, sheathing, and roof framing. Collaborate with roofing crews to ensure seamless integration of carpentry and roofing work. Inspect damaged roofs and underlying structures to identify required carpentry repairs. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with company safety standards. Follow blueprints, building codes, and project plans. Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers as needed. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in roofing or exterior construction.
• Strong knowledge of wood construction, structural repair, and general carpentry techniques.
• Experience using carpentry tools, saws, drills, nail guns, and other equipment.
• Comfortable working at heights and on roofs.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various outdoor conditions.

Preferred Skills

• Prior roofing experience (shingle, metal, or flat roofing).
• Knowledge of building codes related to roofing and structural repair.
• Experience with residential remodeling or exterior construction.
