Monitoring staff behaviour, attitude, and presentation to make sure they are a positive reflection of the retailstore's values. Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance. Implementing measures to avoidstock damage, theft, and wastage. Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints. Prepare detailed reports onbuying trends, customer requirements, and profits to the management Should be flexible with working hours at any of thebusiness locations Requirements Overall 5+years experience in retail/grocery store operation experience Must beknowledgeable about Indian products, brands, and types of food Knowledge on FIFO and POS Experience in stock stackingand inventory management Team Management experience
