Job Description

Plan, schedule, coordinate daily plumbing operations and evaluate field project teams.
Ensure efficient execution, high quality standards and adhere to timelines and safety requirements.
Encourage a team approach to promote effective constructability and productivity.
Coordinate material, equipment buyouts and personnel requirements to ensure the project meets strict deadlines.
Ensure all installations meet National Building Codes, local regulations, company quality standards and project specifications.
Acts as the site contact for general contractors, inspectors, and other trades to resolve sites conflicts.
Maintain the proper documentation is completed daily.
Review project documents, information, and requirements.
Generates daily logs, conducts site inspections and maintains accurate as-built drawings.
Attend and participate in all operations meetings.
Work Hours: 45 Hours per Week or 195 Hours per Month
