Full Time Professional Photographer

We are seeking an experienced full time Photographer to join our creative team in Grand Cayman. The role requires a highly self-sufficient professional capable of managing photography assignments independently. Applicants must hold a valid driver's licence and have access to a fully insured, road-legal vehicle, as regular travel across the island is required. The candidate must also own and maintain their own professional photography equipment, including a range of lenses and flash systems suitable for low light conditions. The role involves a diverse range of assignments including family, couples, maternity, weddings and lifestyle portrait photography, as well as corporate events, conferences and some commercial shoots. Some assignments take place in marine environments (e.g. Stingray City), therefore the ability to swim confidently is an essential requirement. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' verifiable professional photography experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating technical ability, creativity, and consistency across varied shoot types. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop is required, along with the ability to fully manage post-production workflows independently. The successful applicant must be creative, proactive, and able to work on their own initiative while maintaining consistently high standards of client service and image delivery under varying conditions. The role includes one day off per week. The successful candidate will be required to work weekends and public holidays as operationally required. Candidate must be outgoing and comfortable giving direction to large groups of people.
