Reef Divers – Little Cayman has been operating year-round out of Little Cayman Beach Resort on the Southwest End of Little Cayman for 25 years. We are a five-star PADI Resort facility which operates a fleet of five Newton 46' custom dive vessels in the Sister Islands of Little Cayman and Cayman Brac. Daily general responsibilities include guiding guests on dives, piloting dive boats, instruction, dive equipment maintenance, boat maintenance and can include work in our dive center/retail shop. Reef Divers only hires instructors, so PADI/SSI Instructors need only apply. Boat captain License a plus but not required. Marine mechanical and diesel engine experience a plus. Knowledge of air compressors a plus. Must have a current/valid passport. Able to obtain a clean police clearance from place of residence and provide three references. Applicants are required to be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 for work permit approval Position Compensation - Hourly Salary plus Gratuities. Paid Daily Meal Per Diems. Course Commissions on Instruction and Night Dives. Additional Benefits include Health Insurance & Pension Plan. All Work Permit Fees Paid for by Company. All PADI/Agency Dues Reimbursed by Company after one year. All DAN Insurance Reimbursed by Company after one year.
