The prospective employee's duties will include, but are not limited to, preparing painting surfaces by cleaning walls, repairing holes, and removing old paint; using fillers such as putty and plaster to repair cracks; mixing, matching, and applying paints and other finishes to various surfaces; and providing decorative or faux finishes where required. Additionally, they will perform masonry-related tasks such as laying bricks and blocks, fixing blocks and concrete, constructing granite and cast concrete walls, plastering and rendering concrete walls, and carrying out other related construction duties as necessary in the performance of their role.
