is seeking applicants for the following position

Handyman/GENERAL REPAIRMAN We’re looking for an experienced and hard-working Handyman/General Repairman to complete a wide range of tasks including repair and maintenance work or by trade skills to keep MEP equipment and/or the structure of an establishment in repair, typically for individuals or groups at residential or commercial locations. Hours will be flexible and on a shift basis. Employee must be able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responding to service calls to perform the following tasks

٠ Minor repairs and painting of roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures. ٠ Repairing or replacing door locks ٠ Minor electrical repairs and repairing or replacing electrical fixtures ٠ Minor rewiring, changing fuses, junction boxes, etc. ٠ Minor plumbing repairs and repairing or replacing plumbing fixtures ٠ Any other minor maintenance or repair job that may be necessary in the general upkeep of a home or commercial space. Minor repair and maintenance to all AC systems Prior experience required. 3 to 5 years' experience in residential end /commercial building maintenance and general repairs. Good organizational skills and time management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Team Player Great physical condition
