Maintain work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition, wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, cutting boards and all segregates and removes trash, hose out garbage cans, wash pots and pans by hand. Very heavy lifting is required. Use and maintain very sharp kitchen tool to cut/peel and process stock vegetable and ability to use small commercial appliances, clean, sweep and mop on regular basis. Position involves physically demanding work, long hours and be available nights, weekends & holidays
