We are a reputable and growing electrical company providing high-quality residential, commercial, and industrial electrical services across Grand Cayman. As demand for our services continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team.
We are looking for an experienced Electrician who can install, maintain, and repair electrical systems with a high level of professionalism and attention to safety. The ideal candidate must be eligible for licensing in the Cayman Islands and have a strong understanding of electrical codes, best practices, and safe work procedures.
Install, inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures across residential and commercial properties. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently and safely. Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics. Ensure all work meets local electrical codes, regulations, and company safety standards. Install and repair wiring, circuit breakers, panels, outlets, lighting, and other electrical components. Test electrical systems with proper tools to identify hazards or defects. Work independently and as part of a team to complete jobs on schedule. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project. Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and team members. Follow all company safety protocols and participate in ongoing safety training.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a professional electrician. Must be eligible to obtain an Electrical License in the Cayman Islands (C.I. electrical board and/or WORC Licensing). Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards. (NEC a must) Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints. Proficient with standard electrical tools, testing equipment, and installation materials. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, manage time well, and maintain professionalism on job sites. Valid driver’s license (Cayman Islands license or ability to obtain one).
Experience in both residential and commercial electrical environments. Knowledge of Cayman Islands building codes and electrical regulations. Experience with generator systems, smart home wiring, or renewable energy systems (an asset).
