Dentons is seeking a qualified Caymanian, or PR or RERC holder with the right to work, for the full-time role of Senior Counsel within our Corporate team. The successful candidate must be admitted as an Attorney-at-Law in the Cayman Islands and have 10+ years’ experience. Salary commensurate with experience. Statutory benefits included. The position involves advising on a broad range of complex corporate and commercial matters, including multi-jurisdictional transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate advisory work. The role also includes managing client relationships, leading transactions, and providing guidance to junior team members. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience handling complex corporate and commercial legal matters, with significant exposure to multi-jurisdictional work. At least 5 years’ experience practising in the Cayman Islands is highly preferred. Strong experience in mergers and acquisitions is essential, and experience within the virtual assets sector is an advantage.
