Job Title: Paint Technician Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paint Technician Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience in the paint and coatings industry, with strong leadership skills and an expert eye for detail. You will be responsible for supervising the painting team, ensuring high-quality finishes, and maintaining safety and efficiency in all operations.
Oversee daily painting operations, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard. Train, mentor, and supervise paint technicians. Inspect completed work for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with specifications. Manage workflow, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of painting equipment and materials.
Minimum 5-10 years’ experience as a Paint Technician, with supervisory or lead role experience. Extensive knowledge of painting techniques, coatings, tools, and safety procedures. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proven track record of managing teams and meeting deadlines. Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
