Senior Account Manager

We’re hiring for the position of Senior Account Manager! Aon is currently recruiting for the position of Senior Account Manager to join their team in the Cayman Islands. The Senior Account Manager will be a member of a team servicing the financial and insurance needs of a portfolio of captive insurance and reinsurance companies. About the Role

In addition, responsibilities will also include

• Providing accounting services to a portfolio of captive insurance and reinsurance companies;
• Preparation of management financial statements and management reports;
• Supervising AMs, assistant accountants and administrators and providing a first review their financial statements and work product;
• Coordinating financial statement audits;
• Preparing for and attending board meetings, presenting financial results and key information to executives;
• Preparing financial forecasts and budgets;
• Reviewing and authorizing payments;
• Analysis and recommendation on complex financial transactions;
• Willingness and ability to travel; and
• Participating in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

About you As a Senior Account Manager, your skills and qualifications will include;  A professional accounting designation CA, CPA, ACA or ACCA is required  Previous accounting experience in captive insurance or reinsurance and an audit background is required  The ability to work independently to meet strict reporting deadlines  Being highly organized and proficient with MS Office applications  Attention to detail and accuracy is essential Salary and Benefits This role offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,00 – USD 115,000 per annum.
