About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on construction experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, including workers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Plan, assign, and manage daily and weekly tasks for site teams
• Ensure site activities align with project schedules and deadlines
• Coordinate ordering and timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety and quality standards
• Train and mentor site staff to uphold company expectations
• Monitor subcontractor performance and maintain project schedules
• Collaborate with the project team to track progress and budgets
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to maintain workflow efficiency

Years of experience: 5+ years of Site Supervisor role with a general contractor Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field
• 5+ years of construction experience in a site supervisor or lead site role with a general contractor
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and safety standards
• Experience working on high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
• Hands-on experience with ground-up builds, renovations, and interior fit-out construction projects
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate large site teams and multiple trades/subcontractors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management and related software (e.g., MS Project, Bluebeam Revu, Buildertrend, Microsoft Office, or similar)
• Familiarity with Cayman Islands or Caribbean construction practices is an asset
• Physically capable of working on active construction sites and lifting materials as required
• Solid knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
