F & B Server / Bartender

Job Description

• Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction.
• Taking customer orders, and punching the order using Aloha system, delivering food and beverages.
• Making food and drinks recommendations, answering questions, and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons.
• Assist fellow servers as situations arise
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables
• Responsible on taking payments, either by card or card merchant payment, and give correct change.
• Fulfilling opening and closing side duties
• Bar and high top service / mixing different cocktails in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Prepare drink ingredients and garnishes.
• Provide excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction.
• Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages.
• Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons.
• Assist with clearing and resetting bar dining and table as needed.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Knowledge with Wines and Bourbons is a plus.
• Must have at least 5 years working experience as a server/bartender

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years work experience as F & B server / bartender mixing cocktails in a fast-paced restaurant
• Must have previous POS experience - ALOHA preferred
• Table maintenance, accuracy and speed is ESSENTIAL
• Have excellent presentation and communication skills, enjoy working with people, and the ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
• Proven knowledge and experience in tending to a busy Bar

• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, split, and late-night shifts
