Beauty Therapist

Ora is seeking a qualified and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our professional team. Ora specializes in clean beauty, and non-toxic treatments, providing clients with personalized services. This role is suited for someone who is confident in their technical ability, values professionalism, and can deliver consistent, high quality results in a fast paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Beauty Therapist in a spa, salon, or wellness setting
• Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field
• Skilled in makeup, waxing, tinting, lash and brow services and other beauty treatments
• Knowledge of brow analysis and brow mapping & lamination
• Experience working with a diverse clientele and varying skin types
• Strong customer service, consultation, and retail sales skills
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Duties Include

• Perform professional beauty treatments including makeup, waxing, lash and brow services, and treatments
• Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and homecare products
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas in accordance with salon and health standards
• Keep accurate client records and treatment notes
• Promote and recommend professional beauty products
• Ensure exceptional client care and customer satisfaction

Preferred Skills

• Experience with brow lamination & brow mapping
• Experience with makeup for various occasions

Salary

CI$2,500 – CI$3,000 per month depending on qualifications and experience
