TAPE AND JOINT SKILLED INSTALLER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation of paste coatings: Mix joint paste coatings with precision and a strong knowledge
• of products/mixtures to achieves the required quality.
• Review of level 5 finishing walls: Inspect and prepare walls for a level 5 finish.
• Use of specialized tools : Master the bazooka, Canadian box, and other equipment for
• applying coatings.
• Surface preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean and smooth before applying the finish.
• Application of level 5 finish: Apply successive layers to achieves a perfectly smooth and

uniform surface.

• Quality control: Inspect joints and make touch-ups to ensure flawless finishing.
• Meeting deadlines: Work efficiently while respecting deadlines and project priority.
• Time management skills: Organize tasks and manage priorities to ensure an optimal workflow.
• Communication and collaboration: Work as a team and communicate needs and issues

effectively.

• Training and mentoring: Train juniors and apprentices by sharing techniques and best

finishing practices.

• Ability to read plans: Understand and interpret technical plans and drawings to ensure
• accurate implementation of finishes.
