Shift Supervisor

CCB Cayman Ltd T/A Starbucks proudly operates Starbucks® cafés in the Cayman Islands, with locations at Camana Bay and Monaco Towers in George Town. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Shift Supervisor to support our Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Lead and support the shift team while promoting Starbucks' culture and values.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming customer experience.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain product availability, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, receive deliveries, and complete required operational records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling, and health and safety procedures.
• Coach and support partners to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor shift performance and communicate operational updates to the Store Manager.
• Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in retail or hospitality, preferably with an internationally recognized brand.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and achieve operational goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
