Position Available: General Maintenance Personnel we are seeking a skilled and dependable General Maintenance Personnel to handle routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of facilities. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, reliable, and able to work independently.
Perform general maintenance and repair work (basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting) Inspect buildings and equipment to identify issues Repair fixtures, doors, windows, and equipment as needed Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Carry out routine checks to ensure safety and functionality Assist with general upkeep of indoor and outdoor areas
Proven experience in maintenance or a similar role Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work Ability to use hand and power tools safely Physically fit and able to lift up to 35 pounds Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Good problem-solving skills Flexible to work weekends and public holidays if required
