Janitor

RYDE Cayman Ltd. is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Janitor under a shared employment arrangement with The Well Ltd. The successful candidate will maintain clean, safe, and organized commercial and healthcare environments while supporting the operational needs of both employers. HOURS: RYDE Cayman Ltd. (Primary Employer) - 35 hours/week & The Well Ltd. (Secondary Employer) -10 hours/week SALARY: (RYDE Cayman Ltd. - CI$2,000/month & The Well Ltd - CI$500/month) Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented facilities.
• Clean and sanitize workspaces, common areas, washrooms, floors, and high-touch surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, empty waste, and replenish supplies.
• Perform opening and closing duties and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Perform basic maintenance on Stages bikes, including replacing pedals, changing seats, and minor repairs.
• Drive to transport bikes and other equipment, and collect cleaning supplies.
• Clean and disinfect treatment rooms, movement studios, reception areas, bathrooms, and wellness spaces.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sanitize Pilates Reformers, yoga mats, and studio equipment between sessions.
• Wash, fold, organize, and distribute towels, linens, and robes.
• Handle medical waste safely and assist with general facility presentation, outdoor maintenance, and other operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three (3) years' janitorial experience in commercial, healthcare, hospitality, transportation, or similar environments.
• Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and commercial cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and across multiple work locations.
• Good English communication skills; basic computer skills are an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
