Job Description
Maintaining a safe environment for the employer's client and their employees through high visibility on site, diligent foot patrols, traffic control, strict access control, monitoring and equipment control
Preventing losses, Controlling traffic
Protecting clients' and the employee's property, profits, and reputation with the strictest professionalism and legal compilance.
Swiflty responding to distress calls, panic alarms, emergency calls for disorderly conduct, distruptive persons and incidents.
Investigating and taking appropriate action where security breaches have occured.
Recording and reporting unusual occurrences or matters that form part of a security or safety concern during each tour of duty.
Promptly report serious crimes or threats to both the employer and the Police and contact other emergency agencies where applicable.
comply with all applicable rules, regulations , policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other security officers for effective protection and coverage.
Complete daily reports capturing relevant information and observations.
Providing customer service
Must be able to work on public holidays and weekends
Should be able to do long standing, hourly scanning and reporting to supervisor by using proxiguard app, mobile will be provided.
