Senior Technical Specialist

The Senior Technical Specialist will be responsible for the following

• Retail/Wholesale/Dispensing/Petroleum Systems Structures and Processes, (OSSP)

VASC certification is necessary to accomplish this role.

• Keeping Retail/Wholesale/Dispensing/Petroleum Systems maintained and in control.
• Developing and maintaining applicable equipment manufacturer support and training networks.
• In the capacity as project manager, developing, managing and on approval implementing new and existing: Fleet, Rewards, Payment, Petroleum, and Retail Systems and Enterprise Architecture or otherwise to support the corporate priority of technology advancement.
• Retail/Wholesale/Dispensing/Petroleum system design, compatibility, and implementation at new and existing sites.
• Any applicable Technical Support Department personnel management including but not limited to, training, supervision, and organization.
• Identification of departmental OSSP, Coordination, Contribution or Controls that capture value, or improve profitability, and on approval their implementation.

In summary, Senior Technical Specialist must be VASC certified and shall be responsible for 1. the well-being and operation of all Retail/Dispensing/Petroleum Systems, and all manner of OSSP that is necessary to keep these systems in control and operational, and the development and management of new Fleet, Rewards, Payment, Enterprise systems or otherwise to further our corporate priorities of advancing technology and boosting productivity. A minimum of 5 years’ experience relevant to the role is required, must be organized, can work well under pressure, a good team player and have attention to detail.
