10+ Experiance in office or costumer service or hair salon Must have the ability to multi-task while keeping up with incoming calls. Must have excellent people skills, patience and have salon knowledge. Must be self-motivated, reliable & possess excellent work ethics. Must have excellent customer service skills and administrative knowledge. Must have working knowledge in IT, Word & Excel. Must be able to multitask & work well under pressure. Must be willing to learn our systems, policies & procedures, and our Salon/Day Spa computer software system. Must have driver’s license OR reliable transportation. Must be able to work on Saturdays & if needed on Sundays. Must have experience with Salon/Spa Front Desk Software & computers experience. A plus if knowledgeable in our Salon/Day Spa product lines. A plus to be qualified or have previous experience in the field
