HVAC Technician

AC Tech Air Duct Cleaning is seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated professional with strong technical expertise, a commitment to safety and a proven ability to deliver exceptional service and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Install, service and replace heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment as required.
• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance and system performance evaluations.
• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical and control system issues efficiently.
• Ensure all installations and repairs comply with applicable codes, regulations and company standards.
• Complete service reports, maintenance records, and other required documentation accurately.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding system performance, repair recommendations and maintenance requirements.
• Maintain company tools, equipment and vehicles in good working condition.
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
• Respond to emergency service calls and urgent repair requests when required.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Experience with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of residential and commercial HVAC equipment.
• Sound understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of lifting up to fifty (50) pounds and performing tasks that involve climbing, bending, kneeling, and working in confined spaces.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Valid driver's licence preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in after-hours service calls when necessary.

Working Hours & Benefits

• Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
• Benefits: Statutory benefits provided
