Maintenance Person

What You’ll Do

• Perform general repairs: basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance

troubleshooting

• Complete pre-arrival and post-departure inspections
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests and guest-related issues
• Maintain outdoor areas, including patios, grills, and basic landscaping
• Prep pools/hot tubs for arrivals
• Test and maintain equipment safe i.e. chairs, kayaks, paddleboards, oars and pool

and sand toys

• Schedule Quarterly Services: AC and Pest Sprays.
• Schedule and monitor annual Appliance services.
• Monitor Dryers for excessive lint and keep clear.
• Document work using mobile apps and provide daily and weekly reports and

schedule follow ups
