Janitor

The successful applicant will be required to perform duties including, but not limited to, pre- and post-construction cleaning, debris removal, maintenance of newly constructed and renovated properties, pressure washing, floor care, sanitization of interior spaces, waste removal, and detailing work such as removing protective materials from fixtures and surfaces. The successful applicant will also maintain cleaning logs, perform heavy-duty cleaning tasks, support special projects as required, assist with residential cleaning services, and undertake any other duties assigned by the contractor or site supervisor.
