Food and Beverage Server

Requirements are as follows

Must have at least 3 years’ experience Knowledge of the Aloha POS system The ability to work in a high-volume bar/restaurant Greet customers, make suggestions, answer questions, and present F&B menus Provide food and beverage product knowledge Should possess knowledge of food & wine pairing Some basic bar-tending skills Prepare bills for beverages and meals ordered Use sales techniques to retain customers and attract more Balance daily credit card & cash transactions Comprehension of US/CI & CI/US conversion Sound mathematical skills are essential Clean and clear the dining room tables Knowledge of table setting Standing/walking for continuous hours Do all other tasks as required by Team Leader Flexibility to work am/pm shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Personal references from three non-family members Job reference from previous employer Must have a valid driver’s license/own transportation This position is full-time and not intended for entry-level.
