Job Description

RD Consultant Agency Services Ltd, T/A RDM Recruitment Services, is seeking a Customer Service Agent/General Helper with a strong level of proficiency in recruitment processing, customer relations, and organizational documentation skills, and an accurate working knowledge of QuickBooks.

Duties include, but are not limited to

  • Maintaining updated knowledge of all company products and services to provide adequate education to customers.
  • Provide information and instructions about relevant products and services.
  • Make product and service suggestions to meet the customer’s specifications.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond to phone messages from customers.
  • Promptly respond to customer questions via email or WhatsApp.
  • Answer customer questions and provide information to resolve any issues.
  • Obtain necessary information from customers to adequately follow up.
  • Document important customer information for future reference.
  • Attending all required customer service-related meetings.
  • Knowledge of processing US and Canadian visas.
  • Knowledge of processing Cayman Passports and UK passports.
  • Knowledge of preparing Company Incorporation, trade & Business License, Tobacco, and Liquor License.
  • Knowledge of preparing Immigration documents such as work permits, Permanent Residency, and Naturalization.
  • Handling General Clerical Duties, including photocopying, filing documents, and managing office supplies.
  • Performing data entry tasks and managing office records.
  • Overseeing the inventory and maintenance of office supplies.
  • Working closely with various departments to support their needs and ensure uninterrupted processes.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Basic Accounting knowledge and computer proficiency.
  • Has Excellent customer service skills.
  • An accurate working knowledge of QuickBooks.
  • Certification is an advantage.
  • A command of the English Language (Oral & written)
  • Data Entry (Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.
  • With a Clean Police record.
