The Night Lobby Attendant serves as the first point of contact for hotel guests during the overnight, providing a warm welcome, efficient check-in/check-out, and excellent service throughout the stay. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining professionalism. The Night Lobby Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction in all rooms related areas during the overnight shift and working as a support to the Night Audit and completing aspects of cleaning, side duties and security.
